Getting support when something goes wrong can be a challenge depending on the issue at hand. With Nighthawk - no matter the issue simply open a case with us and we'll see it to a resolution. It doesn't matter if it's a Microsoft issue, a Quickbooks issue, or something physically wrong with your machine - we'll contact the necessary companies while you keep working on a backup machine (part of our onboarding recommendations). We'll never bill you for regular support hours (7AM - 7PM).
