Hourly Support
Hourly support is offered as a no-contract solution. Simply call whenever an issue arises, and Nighthawk will go to work. Hourly support is available for server, desktop, network, peripheral, and application issues, and it is billed in 30 minute blocks with a one hour minimum.
Managed Server
Managed server is Nighthawk's full coverage monthly price to support your server. This option includes anti-virus, backups, unlimited support, and more for one flat rate. See the table below for all included features.
Managed End-User
Managed end-user is Nighthawk's contract offering so you have no bill surprises at the end of the month. This option includes remote monitoring, unlimited support per user, etc. Never be surprised at month-end again with Managed End-User support.
Managed Network
Managed Network features unlimited network support, site-to-site VPN (if necessary), and a cloud network controller. This options is priced per site, and is recommended for on-premise environments with more that one location. Be sure to contact through the web form if you are interested or want more details.
